July’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $415,000—down 7.98% over the previous 12 months. Payson had 38 new listings and 24 listings that went under contract in July, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 88—up 14.29% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in August.
