Eagle Mountain’s rolling three-month numbers show prices edging up compared with last year. The typical home value has risen about 4 to 5 percent year over year, landing just over $509,000. At the same time, new listings are down sharply from a year ago, dropping roughly 16 percent and tightening the flow of fresh inventory.
