Over the latest rolling three-month period ending in April 2026, Eagle Mountain’s home values are essentially flat compared with a year ago, with the typical home value nudging down only slightly. Listing prices, however, are up year over year, signaling that sellers are still aiming higher even as values level out. Inventory has expanded compared with last year, with active listings rising by double digits, giving buyers more options than they had before.
