We met Todd at an open house that had just ended but he was nice enough to allow us to still look at the home. After speaking with him briefly that day we decided that he was the realtor for us, and he did not disappoint. Todd made the entire home buying/selling process seem easy. He worked around our schedules and was always available to answer any questions that we had. If you are looking for a true professional than look no further. Todd went above and beyond helping me find my first home. He explained the process in detail from the very first phone call, he made the process seamless. Todd was always available to look for houses and answer questions. He worked around my schedule and made sure I knew what was going on, and what the next step was.

When we first began looking for a realtor to buy our new home my husband and I had the same opinion of realtors - they’re used car salesmen. We assumed the realtor would help us but ultimately they would be in it for themselves. That was our experience when my husband bought our first home. By chance, I saw Todd on Facebook and decided to meet with him. Maybe he would be the best of the worst? That’s when we realized we were wrong about realtors, at least THIS realtor. Todd isn’t the best of the worst. He is the best of the best. Yes, he is extremely knowledgeable of the area, the market, and money. Yes, he is always on time and always made time for us (even on his vacation)! However, what makes him the best is how he fought for us and stood by us when sellers where not forthright during a previous contract (before we bought our current home). This is when we realized he is on our side, looking out for our best interests, instead of just looking for a deal.

We met Todd at an open house on a random day and as soon as we met him, we knew he was someone that we wanted to work with. We also called him last minute to schedule a few showings that same day and he was able to make it happen. When we walked the houses, he made sure we understood everything about the houses and what we would get and helped us decide what made the most sense. When it came time for us to make an offer, he did everything to make sure we were comfortable and had a full understanding of what we were doing. He was always super responsive and he is just such a great guy overall. He made sure the process went smooth and he helped us get our family’s home. We are so thankful that we met Todd that day and highly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor!

Todd was informative and patient. Being a first time home buyer, it was very nice to have someone who was willing to, and able to, answer all of my questions completely. Very professional, but still a top shelf sense of humor. Very enjoyable to work with. I will likely contact Todd again once it becomes time to sell my home.
