From day one Tracy was an absolute pleasure to work with. Every time I had a question she had an answer immediately, or found the answer immediately. She and I hit a few snags while negotiating with the seller, and the lender, but Tracy never backed down, and fought tooth and nail to get me a great deal on a beautiful home. This was a scary event for me as it was my first time buying a house, but Tracy was there every single step of the way helping me out with the whole process. When all was said and done and the paperwork as all signed and the deal was closed, Tracy was just as excited about the house as I was and was genuinely excited for me. Honestly, I do not think you will find a more passionate agent who will do as much for you as Tracy. she was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend her to everyone I know looking to buy a house in the future.

I thought the process of selling my home was going to be stressful. Choosing Tracy as my Realtor made listing and selling my home a quick and easy process. Tracy listed it and 4 days later I was preparing to move because it was SOLD. There were no problems, the title company Tracy uses was quick and responsive which helped.

The first time we met Tracy, she was the listing agent on a house we were interested in viewing. What sold us on her was the fact that we called her Sunday morning wanting to view the property within a few hours. She was right there. No hesitation. You don't get that out of many agents on a Sunday. She was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable of the listing she was showing us. Answered all of our questions. Through our house buying process, Tracy was always there to help us in whatever we needed. We have been through buying and selling and buying again, and Tracy was right by us the whole way helping and guiding us. She is terrific!

Tracy is absolutely amazing!! She put so much time and effort into helping my husband and I find our first home in San Tan Valley. She listened to what we were looking for and didn't pressure us to look at homes in areas we were not interested in or outside our price range. She really went the extra mile with us, offering suggestions of similar properties that she thought we may be interested in. Our first offer was on a short sale that ended up falling through due to the seller after 6 month but she swooped in with an even better property and we closed 30 days later! She did an excellent job dealing with the other agents and escrow office on our behalf. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone looking for a fabulous agent :)
