Ben is the Broker and Owner of RE/MAX PRECISION and the leader of The Swanson Team. Born and raised in Gilbert, AZ, Ben has been involved in the real estate industry since 2001. During this time, he has successfully sold over 575 homes throughout the valley!

Ben brings a diverse range of experience in real estate, from helping clients prepare their homes for listing to assisting them in finding the perfect home once their current property is sold. He specializes in residential home sales, first-time home buyers, new home builds, vacant land, and distressed properties.

Always striving to learn about the latest technology and tools available, Ben aims to improve the real estate process for both sellers and buyers, as well as the industry as a whole. "I started at the bottom; I knew nothing. I took it upon myself to master this industry, and my hard work has paid off!" Ben has leveraged his talents to open his own brokerage, where he shares his experiences and mentors new agents in his office.
