Trevor was great, gave us lots of options in our budget/home requirement range. Was excellent in negotiating and closing on the deal. My parents have also bought and sold homes with Trevor on more than one occasion. Very friendly and professional!

Trevor was very friendly and outgoing, even having conversations that was not related to the transaction. I was a first time home buyer and did not know all of the steps. Trevor walked me through the whole process and making things easier to understand. I was also buying from out of province and did not know the areas at all. He helped me with picking a great neighborhood. On my move in day, he even helped me clean up all of the leaves on my deck without asking him. He also helped me open the door to the furnace room as I was not provided with the keys. He always responded very quickly, even after hours. When I was presented with the keys, he had a bottle of champagne, a couple of champagne glasses, a congratulations card, and his business card presented nicely on a platter in the kitchen. Trevor definitely went above and beyond my expectations for a realtor, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone
