Samantha did an amazing job in both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. She was super knowledgeable, got our house under contract in 30 days when the market median was 80 days, was present for ALL of my new build appointments and was overall amazing. She took the time to print out the contracts and go line by line with me and my husband so we knew what we were signing. She makes sure to leverage the contract in your favor and always has your best interest in mind. She is top notch and I would recommend her ten out of ten times.
