I'm Valerie Beausoleil, Broker/Owner of Beausoleil Realty Group, an independent, woman-owned real estate brokerage based in Mebane, North Carolina.

For me, real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes. It's about building relationships, earning trust, and helping people make confident decisions during some of life's biggest transitions.

Before beginning my real estate career, I spent more than 30 years in education and business leadership. That experience shaped how I approach real estate today: I listen, educate, advocate, and always put my clients' best interests first.

Since entering North Carolina real estate in 2021, I've helped buyers and sellers navigate everything from purchasing their first home to relocating, investing, and finding a home that better fits their next chapter. I believe in honest conversations, straightforward advice, and making sure my clients have the information they need, even when that means pointing out something they may not want to hear.

I'm also deeply involved in the Mebane community, serving as President of the Mebane Business Association and supporting local organizations and charitable initiatives. Being connected to the community gives me an appreciation for the people, neighborhoods, and opportunities that make this area special.
