“We were referred to Erin by Agent Pronto. We started the home search almost a full year before we planned to purchase. Because we were moving from out of state and because of the pandemic, all of our research was conducted online. Erin sent us daily updates so we could compare prices, availability and neighborhoods, and we just moved into our new home.”

She explained things I didn’t fully understand in different ways, was on top of finding out the details of a home I would send/find, and was ready to go for any last minute things that came her way. This was a great experience for a first time home buyer. I never hesitated to reach out to her.”

“Brenda exhibited a great personality, and she seemed very knowledgeable of the local market, and was experienced working with veterans. She was friendly, down to earth, and listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to explain the ins and outs of buying a home and exhibited patience with me, showing me a lot of properties, and was understanding when I changed my mind during the due diligence period. I was more than satisfied with the service she provided, and would recommend her to any one looking for a home. Always quick to accept my calls, answer my questions, return calls, Took time to explain things I didn't understand, very accessible respectful and approachable. Very trustworthy, patient and friendly. Brenda understood what I wanted and was good at showing me the properties most likely to suit my needs. Burlington offers residents a vibrant community with welcoming neighborhoods, diverse cultural experiences, and ample outdoor recreation opportunities.

Burlington pairs small-city ease with regional reach, anchoring Alamance County between Greensboro, Durham, and Chapel Hill along the I‑40/85 corridor. A revitalizing downtown mixes indie restaurants, coffee roasters, and art, while the City of Burlington keeps the calendar lively with markets and outdoor concerts. Families gravitate to Burlington City Park and its restored historic carousel, miles of greenway, and lakeside escapes like Lake Mackintosh; summer nights often mean baseball at Burlington Athletic Stadium cheering the Sock Puppets.

Education anchors the community.
