I am so grateful to Flemania for the experience I had when buying my first home. We bid on a hot house and there were multiple offers all over asking. Because of the way that she dealt with the selling realtor and the solid proposal she drew up, ours was accepted even though it wasn’t technically the best offer. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

I am a first time home home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes or what to expect throughout the process. It is very important to ensure that (1) your clients have the necessary information to make an informed decisions wether big or small like purchasing a house (2) that their expectations are appropriately and met. Flemania exceeded in both aspects???????? The amount of time and effort she put into walking me through the whole process is unbelievable. From the first day that I met Flemania she was always available every time I called or text and she would provide me with the information that I needed to have right away. She is very knowledgeable and truly cared about my decision making and needs. and she has a very beautiful personality inside and out and is so down to earth.
