If the Roman Empire had Real Estate Agents like Velicity McKenna, Rome would still be standing!!!!!! My journey with Velicity has been nothing less than OUTSTANDING. I was referred by my cousin actually 2 years ago. At that time, I was looking in the Monument area. I am from out of state and we first spoke on the phone, she got my particulars, I drove to the area, and we went to see some houses. Due to professional reasons, I had to back out and Velicity was very understanding.

Fast forward to October 2025...let's try this again. Again, I drove in, we met to dial in my wants, BOOM!!!! We were out looking again!!!!! Within the first few houses, Velicity was sharp to notice my likes and dislikes...this was HUGE and very helpful. We found a house that I liked, put a bid in, but another bid was placed, and I didn't want to get into a bidding war. Then, personal reasons developed and again, I backed out. I cannot state how understanding Velicity was to my situation. She is truly AWESOME!

Maybe, third time is the charm...I called Velicity from home and explained that I am back in the game! She sent me listings and with her expertise and the time that we shared, 95% of the listings were within my parameters. Again, I drove back out, and the house hunting was excellent. While waiting for a house to begin its showing, another house dropped and Velicity was "Johnny on the Spot" with this new listing. I really wanted to see this new listing and the very next morning; we were the first to see this house. Velicity made the phone calls to inquire and the process began. Long story short....I got the house!!!!!!

This whole journey was long, but in the end, it went so very quickly!!!! Velicity was very distinct in what was needed on my part, her instructions were clear with timetables that came along with the buying process. She is very, very knowledgeable of the area and this alone was extremely helpful to an out-of-towner like me. I am on the older side of life; I can judge a person fairly decently...and I have NO reservations in recommending Velicity to anyone who has a Real Estate need. Do yourself a huge favor---talk with Velicity. She is a straight up person...not once did I ever feel as though any misinformation was coming from her. I promise you, YOU will not be disappointed.
