Veronica deserves a million gold stars! She was the listing agent on a transaction I was doing the loan on and she worked tirelessly to make sure that the buyers had everything they needed. The property was a very tricky one and contractor, HUD consultants, engineers, county permitting people had to be met. She was on top of follow up and cheerleading the whole process.
