Wanda was amazing to work with. I was in Colorado for only a short time and needed to put my mom's house on the market. She knew exactly what to do, was there every step of the way, and dealt with all the issues as they came up, including my endless questions. The home needed some maintenance and she was right on it. She kept in constant contact with me the entire time, even after I returned home. She made it happen and did so with grace and humor. She was delight to work with and I highly recommend her services.

Wanda was great to work with! She was very patient with us, being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and concerns. Wanda always took the time to make sure we were comfortable and understanding the process. As both my husband and I work full time in the Eagle valley and were buying a home in the Garfield count area, Wanda was very flexible with showing days and hours on our schedule. Wanda was truly amazing in the sale of our old home and purchase of our new place. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly patient (as it literally took YEARS for us to make a decision) and held our hands every step of the way...... she encouraged us through all the 'bumps' in the road, reassured us when we overreacted, was readily available and answered every one of our hundreds of questions, and showed up to help us get to closing by pitching in and loading boxes, vacuuming, and even taking our cat in her car for the move!! What can I say?!! Wanda is amazing! We’ve been looking at/for houses for a few years and she’s always been there to show them and answer questions. During this home selling/buying experience she was extremely helpful. Talked us down off of the ledge a couple times, texted and called to answer questions, even helped us pack our last few items on the day of our closing!! Took our cat with her to our new place and makes some awesome chocolate chip cookies!!! We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks again my friend!!!!!!

Wanda was absolutely amazing! She was our realtor for two years and stood by until we were absolutely ready to purchase. There was no pressure from her at any point. She is kind, honest and just an all-around good person. One of her many pros is the fact that she does not answer questions just to answer them. If you have a question that she doesn't feel comfortable answering, she will contact one of her many subject matter experts to get the exact answer we are looking for. I would highly recommend her to anybody.
She is also extremely safety-minded. During our walkthroughs she ensured we followed every rule to the "T" during this coronavirus time period.
