Hello, my name is ZsaNell Sims, and I am a Colorado native. I grew up in the Montbello area and attended Smoky Hill High School. After high school, I attended college and then worked in the modeling and cosmetology industry for several years. My interest in the real estate industry was sparked when my family lost three properties during the Housing Crash of 2008. The impact of that experience drives me today.
