Inventory and contract activity in Fairview are shifting when viewed over the latest rolling three-month period ending in May 2026. Active listings are roughly flat year over year, down only slightly by about 3 percent, while homes sold have fallen nearly 37 percent. New listings are up around 9 percent from a year ago, and pending sales are holding close to last year’s level.

Prices are adjusting as demand cools.
