I was moving for a work relocation and needed to find a house that suited our needs ASAP. Kelly made some recommendations and then listened to our feedback to help us find the best house for us on the market. She was available for our first visit from out of state the weekend after we were refferred which was of great help to us. She was very well organized and always found items both good and bad to point out about the houses that we hadnt noticed. She also managed all of our inspections since we couldnt be present (out of state). We were able to view and purchase the house in time to have our house for my move by date and not have to get an apartment just to start work.

Kelly is a person that has lots of energy and is a go getter! She was very flexible and was not shy in pointing out things that may be a problem or things we should really be looking for in a home. Even now after our purchase is complete, we are still in communications to talk about next steps and getting recommendations for local contractors or even restaurants (since we came from out of state).

Kelly did a great job helping us find our new home in the Houston area. We were looking at homes in the suburs of Houston, within a large area of approximately 60 miles, meaning that we were asking Kelly to show us homes that could be 1.5 hours apart. It also took us a couple of months to find the perfect home, so we asked Kelly to show us about 40 homes!!! Kelly worked hard to find us spotenial homes, drove A LOT to show us all those homes in diffferent suburs of Houston, and was very patient every time we decided against a home, and every time a deal didn't work out. She was available 24/7 and made family sacrifices to serve us well. She would call us from vacation, late at night, etc. I strongly recommend using Kelly as an agent in the Houston area.
