November’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $340,000—up 6.28% over the previous 12 months. Taku-Campbell had 36 new listings and 41 listings that went under contract in November, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 11—down 52.17% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in December.
