To get the house ready for sale, she was able to point me to well valued workers for whatever was needed, while able to point out things that could be put off to save money. Then, to get the house ready for the listing itself, she set up a beautiful staging that really complimented the property. This made the listing photos look great. We had some great interest in the property from the start and didn’t take long for the first offer to come through. Granted the offer was ultimately not accepted, Yolanda was not put off by this one bit and assured me that not accepting was the right decision and to expect better offers. Not surprisingly we received another offer that met our expectations and we were able to start the contract and negotiations.
