We met Sandy Woodward at an open house a couple of years ago (covid derailed our house searching), and he struck us then as very genuine and interested in what we wanted in a house rather than trying to push expensive places. So when we were ready to seriously search, we reached out to Sandy and ended up getting to meet Karmen as well (who is also amazing)! Having a duo to work with was great, since they could tag team on seeing homes and sending us info, so we never felt like we had to wait. They both listened to what we were looking for and tried to make sure we had a variety of homes in our price range to look at and worked well with our schedules. They both had excellent advice on things to look out for and would point out little details in homes that we would miss. They had excellent advice when we were ready to make am offer and helped us secure a house in this difficult market! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone (and have already) :-)

Karmen and Sandy went above and beyond to get our house sold. They have a keen sense for the best way to price and sell a home and we closed WELL over our asking price. They held multiple open houses for us, secured us a solid backup offer, and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I have bought and sold a number of homes and used realtors all over the country, so I save my 5-star reviews for the ones that really stand out from the competition. Karmen and Sandy were recommended to us by my wife's sister, who was very impressed with how they handled the recent sale of her neighbor's house. We could not have been more happy with our selection of them to sell our second house that our daughter had been living in and since moved out. They were extremely prompt, knowledgeable, professional and effective throughout all aspects of the listing, sale and closing. They did a fantastic job marketing the house!

We were a bit hesitant at first when Karmen suggested that we lower our asking price a bit, but she assured us that it would generate a lot more traffic in this current market and she was totally correct about that. As a result of that, the house was generating A LOT of interest even before it was officially listed for sale and we started to get offers on the first day of showing and very soon after a number of them were above the asking price! We eventually chose an offer that was about $20K over our listed asking price.
