Scott was my agent on both ends, purchasing the home in Tucson and then selling it three years later. For the purchase, I ended up paying well below the asking price, and impressively we ended up paying exactly what he initially projected. Later, when we sold the house, he obtained our target price in spite of a slow market. I am out of state, so throughout the process he kept an eye on the house and lete know when I needed to come out for upkeep and maintenance, et cetera, which was above and beyond. I highly recommend Scott.
