Achieved flawless execution . Yolanda was just amazing overall. As I was no longer in the local area, I relied solely on Yolanda’s expertise and it proved exceptional. To get the house ready for sale, she was able to point me to well valued workers for whatever was needed, while able to point out things that could be put off to save money. Then, to get the house ready for the listing itself, she set up a beautiful staging that really complimented the property. This made the listing photos look great. We had some great interest in the property from the start and didn’t take long for the first offer to come through. Granted the offer was ultimately not accepted, Yolanda was not put off by this one bit and assured me that not accepting was the right decision and to expect better offers. Not surprisingly we received another offer that met our expectations and we were able to start the contract and negotiations. Yolanda was able to take what I was expecting to receive and negotiate additional items to ensured I stayed in range of what I wanted to achieve. Even when things were going in a very awkward way with communication to the buyers, at no fault of her own, Yolanda remained very reassuring and assisted me in determining what the next best step forwards were. Again, her communicating with me so proactively, with being in another state, made the experience so much less stressful. Finally we were able to negotiate repairs and re-engage for closing with the buyers. Even if the last offer fell through, I had no doubts Yolanda would have quickly gotten another offer for us to work with. She did everything from finding ways to save money, negotiate with the buyers agent, and just present the home in a beautiful fashion. We were so pleased with her professionalism and expertise that we will be utilizing her services for a second property we are about to sell. Highly recommend Yolanda’s services to everyone.

Yolanda has helped me on three home transactions to date and she is the best! She went above and beyond for me on all three transactions. She is professional, ethical, trustworthy, accommodating, courteous, positive and will do what it takes to make sure her clients are happy. Buying or selling a home can cause a lot angst. She is always very sensitive to my needs and provides complete transparency to ensure my trust is never compromised. I have come across many realtors over the years and they always disappointed me. Not Yolanda. In fact, I now consider her a good friend and feel very fortunate to have met her. I will be utilizing her services on all of my future home needs. She is an amazing person and realtor. She is by far the best agent I have ever worked with and I will seek her out immediately if I am ever in need of an outstanding, kind, efficient and knowledgeable real estate agent in the future. Cannot recommend her more highly, to be honest.

I found Yolanda while browsing for houses for sale online. I contacted her and not only did she respond right away but remembered the items most important to me and sent me listings that included those items.

She assisted us when we were making our first offer and with the negotiating of the counter offers. She fought hard for what we wanted and didn't just try to talk us into accepting unreasonable offers in order to make a quick sale. We felt like we could trust her and she had our best interest at heart.

Yolanda had innovative and progressive ideas on how to get things done remotely as we were buying out of state. If needed, she was available on weekends and evenings to address time sensitive issues.

She was positive and upbeat and celebrated every milestone with us like we were a favorite family member.

We can't praise her and her team enough. Her professionalism was exceptional and we had a wonderful experience. We have already referred her to our friends!

Yolanda made herself available on a Saturday night to submit an offer. She then made all the appointments/inspections happen very quickly to meet the closing deadline. She talked me through several concerns throughout the financial process, even though that wasn't her responsibility. She was enthusiastic about the sale and seemed like she was really representing my interests. She was very available and responsive. She was even direct and honest with me when the situation called for it. I would highly recommend her!

This doesn't allow the rating she deserves. It stops at 5 stars, and she provided 10 star service. AMAZING person and AMAZING realtor! She listened to us, and helped us find the PERFECT forever home.
