For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $274,000 in Little Rock for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $282,750 in October.

Woodland Edge had 17 new listings and 16 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 19—down 20.83% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.

The median listing price for homes in Woodland Edge fell 0.99% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $495,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
