West Memphis had 23 new listings and 19 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 65—up 10.17% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
Of those 65 active listings, 24.62% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in West Memphis fell 24.96% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $135,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year. In April 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 19 days, compared to 1 days in April 2024.
