The typical home value in West Memphis is projected to be $183,250 for the month of December. November’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $175,000—up 9.38% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $222,000 in Crittenden County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $233,500 in December.
West Memphis had 28 new listings and 20 listings that went under contract in November, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 85—up 7.59% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in December.
Of those 85 active listings, 20.0% reduced their price in the month of November. The median listing price for homes in West Memphis grew 5.91% from October to November, bringing the current median listing price to $150,880. Based on projected data for December, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose sharply year-over-year. In November 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 49 days, compared to 43 days in November 2024. However, in recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be falling. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this December.
