“Andrew was easy to talk to, had great knowledge, easy to get ahold of and was very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone for selling or purchasing.”
“I could not have chosen a better realtor to handle my recent sale. Francis Chevalier was extremely professional, courteous and patient with this seller :-)...moreover, she was diligent in finding a buyer ---and as a result, did so in a short period of time---exhibiting how hard she worked. I would not hesitate to hire Fran for my next property acquisition or sale . Kudos to Coldwell Banker for having someone of Fran's caliber in its ranks !”
“Alexandria did an exceptional job in a tough market with interest rates being elevated. We thought that the property would sell quickly so we chose not to do an open house early on which in hindsight was a mistake.”
“Committed to providing and understanding my needs. Keeping me informed throughout the process. Very good with negotiation, very honest, and always making sure I understand all the details. My overall experience and rating is 100% satisfaction. Thank you, Richard Gomez!!”
