Rosemead had 8 new listings and 14 listings that went under contract in June, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 10—down 77.78% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in July.
Of those 10 active listings, 70.0% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Rosemead fell 7.13% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $812,440. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.
