I would like to thank my good high school friend and Real Estate Agent. @tony_the_broker and his team, buying a home and the whole process was quick & seamless. Me and my Fiancé began looking for a home 3 years ago, and must’ve gone through 3 or 4 different agents. Other agents would not pay much attention to out needs or attempt to guide us. Which its ok, I understand there was much to work on (i.e. our credit score and other factors). What makes Tony genuine and different from all other agents or brokers is that he will sit down with his large and professional team of brokers and lenders, write a blueprint on how we will accomplish the mission of buying a home. In perspective like an architect to a final production or a doctor for a heart transplant. On the first day once we where pre-approved we went out looking for a home, on that same day he placed 2 bids for homes that where suited and perfect for my family and needs. On the 3rd day we opened escrow and closed on day 30th like he promised and delivered.
