Just got the keys to the new property. Sharon Acosta delivers, from start to finish she was on top of the whole process of purchasing a property. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. She fought tooth and nail to get me the best deal possible. To my surprise she was able to save me over 40k in closing cost and price deductions. Her negotiating skills made it happen. Sometimes looking for and purchasing the perfect home can take many months and many conversations. You have to build a relationship with your realtor to get the best results. Sharon is very kind, sweet, and trustworthy at the same time she knows when to push and be fierce when it calls for it. Overall I was happy with my whole experience. 10/10 I fully recommend her if you are in the market to purchase a new home.
