Inventory in Windsor has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 20 percent from a year ago. New listings and pending sales are also higher year over year, indicating more owners are coming to market and more buyers are writing contracts. Homes sold have surged more than 50 percent compared with the same period last year, showing much stronger closing activity.
