Oakridge Village’s rolling three-month snapshot through May 2026 shows notable month-over-month shifts, with the median list price jumping more than a third while the typical home value moved lower. Active listings rose sharply from earlier in the spring, and new listings and pending sales each increased by about half, signaling more movement among both buyers and sellers.

Compared with a year ago, prices in Oakridge Village are down more steeply, with the typical home value falling by more than a quarter.
