Indian Shores has seen notable year-over-year shifts in this rolling three-month view. Typical home values are down compared with a year ago, with the median sale price off by about 6 percent. At the same time, more properties are hitting the market, as active listings have risen by roughly 15 percent and new listings are up about 30 percent.
