I couldn’t recommend Patrick more for anyone that is looking for their home. The whole home buying process took about 6ish months and as first time home buyers, my husband and I had no idea where to begin. Patrick worked with our weird schedules (nurse and firefighter) and was available day and night for any questions or concerns we had. When Pat said “I’m just a phone call away” he truly meant it. He wasn’t just trying to make a quick sale, but pointed out all the issues and concerns a home had that we never would’ve noticed. Pat could’ve sold us a home in the first few places he showed us but knew there were better options out there and kept telling us to hold on to hope and he would find us our perfect home. Once we found OUR home, he did everything in his power to make the deal close including working with one of the most difficult sellers possible (if I do say so myself). I couldn’t imagine have going through this process without him.
