Spring Park had 11 new listings and 17 listings that went under contract in December, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 13—down 35.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in January.
The median listing price for homes in Spring Park fell 0.38% from November to December, bringing the current median listing price to $239,000. Based on projected data for January, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year.
