June’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $665,000—up 18.75% over the previous 12 months. Palm City had 52 new listings and 48 listings that went under contract in June, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 287—down 6.82% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in July.
Of those 287 active listings, 30.31% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Palm City fell 7.32% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $620,000. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.
