Recent month-to-month shifts show activity picking up into late spring. Homes sold increased slightly from April while pending sales jumped more than 24%, and new listings also climbed, pointing to a livelier market for both sides. At the same time, median days on market dropped sharply from the prior month, indicating well-priced homes can still move quickly.
