Inventory in Iroquois County has grown, with active listings up sharply from a year ago and sitting at 159 in April. New listings nearly doubled month over month and are also much higher than last year, signaling more options coming to market. Some properties are still moving quickly, with over a third going off the market within two weeks, while others take longer to find the right buyer.
