Inventory in Knox County held steady in July with 221 active listings, but the flow of new properties slowed from the prior month. New listings fell nearly one-fifth month over month while pending sales also pulled back, and closed sales were down both from June and from a year ago.
Pricing has been adjusting to these shifts, with the typical home value up sharply from June and roughly 13 percent higher than last year, even as the median list price is running notably below its year-ago level.
