January’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $163,000—up 53.05% over the previous 12 months. Randolph County had 20 new listings and 16 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 70—up 2.94% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.
