Inventory in Dubuque County has been building, with active listings up more than 20 percent from a year ago and now at 359. New listings also climbed over 20 percent year over year, suggesting more homeowners are testing the market. Even with this added supply, months of inventory sits at just 2.1, which still points to a seller-leaning environment.
Homes are changing hands at a solid pace, with 125 sales in August, up more than 30 percent compared with last year.
