Matt Fuelberth made shopping for a new home stress free. He is a great communicator and always responded to texts or calls. He quickly got to know us, and our priorities. And from there on, Matt was passionate about finding the right home for our family, plants and puppies included!

There was never any pressure to write an offer, even though we toured tons of homes. Matt tracked down answers to our every question, and took initiative to get estimates when we had questions about fences and flooring upgrades.

I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Des Moines metro.

Matt was referred to me by the lender that I was working with. I feel he took special care to talk to me about what I desired in a property and what wasn't as important to me. He never attempted to encourage me to look at a place that was more than I was comfortable with. I feel that with every home that I looked at, he was able to give his honest feedback on things that I may not have considered. During the process, he was very good at telling me where we were in the process, what to expect next and what was left as far as the final approval is concerned. He very routinely sent me homes that he thought might be a good match. In the end, we worked together to get what I feel is a nice home in the price that I wanted.

Matt’s my husband! He found us our first home in Des Moines while we were still living in Iowa City. We started looking in March of 2022. Everything was selling so fast and above asking price. Matt ended up getting us a home well below asking price, which is unheard of right now! Our new home appraised for over what we bought it for, and the house was updated and move-in ready in my absolute ideal location. Matt put in so much time and effort into navigating the market during such a crazy time. I don’t think you’ll find anyone who has a stronger work ethic!
