What an amazingly competent realtor! Walker initially helped my spouse and me maneuver successfully out of a closing deadline on a residence that we really liked, but on which we quickly soured when a rather damning inspector's report arrived. We lost no cash, only some time; thanks to Walker's fast and deft footwork. With his assistance, we finally found a shoe that fits. Walker took us to visit many houses before we made our decision to buy. We must have sorely tried his patience, but all the time he was professional, respectful, quick to share his concerns and suggestions, and lots of fun.
