“The agent referred to me by Agent Pronto was Todd Omundson. Todd did a fantastic job going above and beyond, helping coordinate repairs to the house because I had already moved out of town. He is an excellent real estate agent. Thanks to Agent Pronto for referring him! ”![]()
“Agent Pronto gave me Toni Delfs name to help us find a home. She was a real delight to work with. She listened to our needs and wants, as well as what we did not want. We found our home and Toni was there to help with the whole process. She answered questions and was a wonderful bridge to all the people we dealt with along the way. Toni is the perfect person to help you find your next home and she gets the highest of marks for all her hard work. Thank you, Toni!”![]()
“Did everything she said she would and more. Ran into issues with abstract and title but she stayed on top of it and kept me posted. I am very grateful that Brandy was on my team on this project! ”![]()
“Rich was very easy to work with. Always finished what he said he would do for us. Had many open houses and got the house sold. Very happy with Rich and Jeri.”![]()
“The service was just as advertised. We got our agent pronto, and in no time our home was sold! ”![]()
“Brenda Charlson is a terrific realtor. We are moving next Tuesday from Illinois to Iowa and Brenda helped us buy a house VIRTUALLY! She guided and advised us all along the way, set up and conducted virtual tours for us, and even helped us to find local handymen in Iowa so our home will be clean and ready to go when we move in next week. HIGHLY recommended.”![]()
“Great experience! The customer service is fantastic! Will definitely refer you to my friends!”![]()
“Nate did and excellent job and showed professionalism, dedication, and discipline to follow through. His dedication was unparalleled compared against other realtors I've worked with.”![]()
“We had a very quick response from 2 agents. Lisa was first and had a property for us to look at. She learned a lot about us and what we wanted during that first walk through. She quickly found another, more suitable property. We spent lots of time e-mailing and calling and figuring things out. By the time we went to see the current property, she was pretty sure we would like it. I really liked it from the first look but, by the time I saw my "new sewing room" and walked the large yard, I was in love. It gave me a very peaceful feeling and I felt bonded to it, it was the place I needed right now. Things do go fast these days but we spent less than a month on this and Lisa is still there for us.”![]()
“Rich Montgomery was absolutely the best agent for us! He was always courteous, patient and prompt. Any questions we had were answered quickly and honestly. Rich helped us find the perfect home. He gave us 100% of his expertise and was with us during the whole buying experience. Rich always had a smile, encouraging words and shared so much valuable information that helped us make the transition from Georgia to South Carolina easier. We would and will recommend Rich Montgomery to anyone we know who wants to find a home in the Myrtle Beach area. We consider Rich Montgomery a great agent who knows his job inside and out, and on top of that he is a really wonderful person.”![]()
