I can’t say enough about what a steady and helpful presence she has been for me the past year while my fiancé and I sold two homes and built our current house, all with Sam. She really knows her stuff and operates in a humble, but knowledgeable and tenacious way and truly listened to me. One of the very best qualities of Sam is her flawless communication and wow does she have a sense of urgency.

Sam quite literally has been with us through our whole entire experience with home buying!
