I started in real estate in 2016 in Missouri and moved back to Iowa in 2019. I joined Iowa Realty because of their reputation and their service philosophy. This is my second career after over 30 years as an Iowa community banker. I understand real estate lending. My goal for each client is to assist them in achieving their goals in selling or purchasing. I really enjoy my work—let me help you!

Roger is great to work with. He is calm in demeanor and knowledgable of the market. He gave me an estimate of value to my home that was similar to what I thought it should be worth too. I sold it within my expected price range of what I needed out of the home towards taking my equity to another home for remodeling purposes. I trusted him to do the right thing in dealing with my sale from start to finish and I am happy with all of the results. Midland Title Co, specifically Amy Portwine, was also great to work with and made the closing very easy to do from across the state.

Recently I sold a property in Story City. Roger Severson did an incredible job! He was always very friendly, patient, and thorough. After working with Roger I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. I really wasn't looking forward to the sale process, but he made it feel easier by listening to my needs and following through with excellent communication and actions when needed. I would recommend Roger to anyone.
