We were really pleased with Joe Hoagland's service. He responded quickly with any questions, made time in his schedule to show various homes when we were in Omaha. Joe even FaceTimed with us, at times when we could not be in Omaha, to show us homes we were interested in. He met with our daughter and son to view homes and FaceTimed with us. Joe was also very honest with us. Often times, he noticed little imperfections that were not obvious to us. He advised us on offering prices. Joe was the exact type of realtor for us! He was a pleasure to work with!

Joe was patient, knowledgeable, answered all of my wife and I's questions (about every property we looked at), recommended services when we requested and was an overall amazing Real Estate Agent. Thanks to Joe we were able to get a house we wanted in a very difficult market. There were more than 7 offers on the house we put an offer on and we were able to get the house and I think a lot of that was because of Joe's skills. Joe was very helpful throughout our process of buying a home! He was never pushy and we really felt like he was looking out for our best interests. We had some trouble with our lender, and Joe was patient through that process and even helped us to push the process along with our lender. Very grateful for Joe!

Joe was super easy to work with. He is a personable professional. Always made time to show us houses whenever we were available to do so. He was also quick about turn around times on taking us to see potential houses. For example, if we found a house we were interested in seeing that same day, he would set it up, no problem. Throughout the closing process he was available to answer any of our questions and would check in every couple of days to see if we had any questions or concerns. At one point we were considering property in Iowa, and he set up the showing and had one of his business partner's show us the property because he is not licensed {yet} to sell in Iowa. We thought that shows the level of consideration he has for helping people find their dream homes. He is very knowledgeable about how much upgrades or redo's cost, and if he did not know he would find out. This was useful for us as we were considering and comparing various homes.
