Parsons had 15 new listings and 6 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 28—up 33.33% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
Of those 28 active listings, 25.0% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Parsons fell 17.08% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $99,500. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
