July’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $262,500—up 5.0% over the previous 12 months. Klondike had 26 new listings and 19 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 12—down 7.69% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
