For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $257,800 in Louisiana for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $260,500 in September.
West Carroll Parish had 1 new listings and 4 listings that went under contract in August, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 10—down 16.67% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in September.
Of those 10 active listings, 40.0% reduced their price in the month of August.
