Corey Lancaster leads The Lancaster Team of Samson Properties, an independently owned and operated brokerage serving buyers and sellers in Silver Spring, Rockville, Burtonsville, and across Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and Washington, DC. Corey began his real estate career in 2005 as a Realtor and co-owner of Exit Right Realty in Laurel, MD, and has led The Lancaster Team since 2016 alongside his brother and partner, Carlos Lancaster.

A former CPA and University of Maryland graduate in Accounting, Corey helps clients understand the numbers behind every move, whether that's a first home, a move-up sale, or an investment property. As a landlord himself since 2002, he brings an owner's perspective to rentals and investors too.
