Inventory in Green Acres has tightened in this rolling three-month view, with active listings down more than 20 percent from a year ago and only about a month of supply available. Contract activity has cooled at the same time, as homes sold and pending sales are each running more than 30 percent below last year. New listings are also arriving more slowly, falling nearly 40 percent year over year.
