She was very responsive in terms of getting the paperwork to me to sign on properties that I wanted to make offers on. Negotiating skills need a little improvement. She wanted full price on most of the properties, but she did get me one good deal that fell through because the bank decided to foreclose. That was disappointing, but not her fault. There were a few that were willing to accept less than asking. She decided not to do business with me because I tried to sell the properties before we closed and she thought that was illegal, however she refused to check with a lawyer to confirm that as long as we had a purchase and sales agreement with the seller, we are allowed to do this. I have had other realtors check with their lawyers and they confirmed that this is not illegal. I am working with another Realtor who is willing to do this and knows it is not illegal. She could not get the way I wanted contracts signed quite right no matter how many times I told her. Other than than, I think she is a hard worker. She just needs to work on her listening skills.
